Background Details
Behind the main Charitylog system, there is an Administration section which allows a user with sufficient access permission to set up or alter much of the Background Details.
These cover a range of simple items, such as lists of Marital Statuses, Age Ranges and Ethnic Origins.
Equipment can be set up and its allocation recorded. Lists of Publications can be maintained, giving an audit of what publications have been distributed and who to.
It also allows the set up of Projects and Time Splits for use on Timesheets. Similarly the users and their access rights can be controlled.
The philosophy is to try to provide as much flexibility as possible in the system, making it more relevant to the local organisations which use it.
