Client Details
The Client Details page includes the usual address and contact details.
It also provides methods of recording other information which may be relevant, such as demographics and household conditions.
The Client screen provides links to other areas, such as disabilities, outstanding actions and so on.
Each client's full history is always available and easy to recall to the screen.
The 'tabs' at the top of the details allow the different information to be separated, so that the screens are kept tidier.
Apart from these details, the system can also record details of the GP and Next of Kin.
There is a 'Private Notes' facility which allows individual users of the system to record sensitive information about the client and only make it available to nominated staff.
This same facility exists with Volunteers, should delicate historical information need to be recorded.
