Our Customers

Charitylog is already utilised extensively amongst organisations such as Age UK / Age Concern, Mind, Carer Support Organisations and other Not-for-Profit (NFP) or Charity Organisations.

We are currently the only contact management system approved by Age UK for their flagship Information and Advice data gathering. Over 50 Age UK's use Charitylog as well as a number of Age Concerns who are not brand partners.

This does not mean that we concentrate solely on Age UK. We have a similar number of other types of organisation also using Charitylog. The common theme is that they all deliver services and have to account to funders.

We can also cater for those organisations who support carers, where the reporting requirements can be a mixture of the characteristics of the carer and also of the cared for.

We have recently introduced an additional module to Charitylog which caters for the requirements of Housing Associations and Care and Repair type organisations.

This includes extra options to deal with the requirements of managing major funded repair work, as well as the usual Handyperson facilities. More details.
