Housing Associations and Care & Repair

We have recently been working with a couple of Housing Associations and Care & Repair organisations to adapt Charitylog for use in these fields.

Many of these organsiations carry out most of the same activities as other Third Sector organisations - Information and Advice, trade directories and so on. Typically they may also run a Handyperson service or use Support Workers.

These facilities already exist in Charitylog. However the recent developments have been carried out so that the requirements of managing the larger repair work can be achieved.

This includes the ability to create a 'funded job' - this then has fees, contractor tenders and sources of funding associated with it. This, along with the critical progress stages and dates can all be handled in Charitylog. We also have the Supporting People Outcome information.

The Key Performance Indicator reporting system has been extensively expanded to cover the additional and varied reporting needs of these organisations.
