Charitylog (Version 2) Has Arrived [pdf - 500kb]
Charitylog (Version 2) is based on exactly the same robust and secure database as before but brings a faster, more intuitive and easier to navigate and fresh looking version of the software.
This document gives an account and overview of Charitylog (Version 2) and the many new features that give improved functionality and even more features than before.

Postcode Lookup (Address Finder)
A beneficial feature which allows the instantaneous lookup of addresses using just the postcode. This ensures that the address found is always accurate inspite of potential typing errors when entering addresses by hand. This is an extension provided within Charitylog using Postcode Anywhere™

Mapping Features
A feature which boasts the ability to view clients and Support Workers/Volunteers on a map based on their respective locations. View all your Support Workers/Volunteers on a map, or select the nearest by distance to the client and more.

Support Workers
An extension dealing with Support Workers and their assignment to clients has been added. It allows "Support Plans" to be set up, support workers to be assigned and job cards managed.

Outcome Ladders
A module has been added which allows multiple sets of Outcomes to be recorded for a Referral.

Handyperson Invoicing
The ability to create invoices has been added to the Handyperson Scheme.

Create Your Own Data
You can make up your own data tables, so if Charitylog does not record everything you want, simply add some more.

Wellcheck Scheme
In association with Age Concern Herefordshire and Worcestershire and Worcestershire Social Services, Charitylog has been provided to all the Age Concern offices in Worcestershire to allow them to collect data for WSS's Wellcheck scheme in a uniform way.
