We are keen to hear from people wishing to join our nation-wide group of implementation consultants, usually working from home. We provide on-site implementation services to all new Charitylog and Crossdata clients. This includes a Review day around 6 months after an implementation to ensure best practice. There may also be additional ad hoc training days for existing clients.
You will be an enthusiastic, organised and skilled trainer, ideally with knowledge of the Third Sector although experience of local authorities would also be useful.
- Provide initial consultation followed by the managed implementation of Charitylog or Crossdata systems on client premises.
- Carry out sales presentations either at a prospective client's site or online, although our sales presentations should be low key and professional.
- On completion of implementation, maintain contact with new and existing clients to ensure complete client satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of developments in our Charitylog and Crossdata products, as well as other products we may provide, such as Local Impact Measurement tools.

Customer Support Technician
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Support Team. The ideal candidate with have excellent interpersonal skills, a high standard of IT literacy (including MS Excel) and able to work as part of a team. Experience in a customer facing environment is desirable and you should be able to work under pressure.
You will be responsible for assisting our clients with their support queries via telephone, live chat and email. This will include how to use our system and work with spreadsheets for report analysis.
