Training and review sessions

At some point you may decide that you need additional training. This might be because of staff changes, or you might want to start using Charitylog for different tasks or projects.

There are a few options. You can buy full- or half-day training sessions.

Or you can arrange a system review, which is a more detailed, intensive session with one of our specialists to make sure you're aware of all the features and functions that would be helpful for you, and how to use them.

Costs

The cost of our training sessions and system reviews are as follows:

Online sessions

• Full day - £525+VAT per day

• Half day - £295+VAT per day

In person

• Full day - £695+VAT per day (if flights are required, there may be a charge for air fares).

Generic training courses

Please note, we no longer run one-size-fits-all short training courses. This is because people’s Charitylog systems tend to be tailored to their needs and every system is set up slightly differently - so the information relevant for one person or organisation may be incorrect or confusing for another.
