Who are we?

We provide easy to use information solutions for the third sector. We've been successfully doing this since 2004, and with a customer base of over 900 UK charities we can reasonably lay claim to being the UK's leading supplier of cloud-based IT solutions specifically designed for the needs of the charity sector.

In serving this market we've acquired a valuable understanding of the typical needs and working practices of third sector organisations, and this understanding is continually used to shape the development and functionality of our solutions. As a result, Charitylog customers benefit from a proven product range that has been specifically developed around their sector's requirements.

Our background

Charitylog services are provided by Dizions Ltd, the independent UK company who've been behind the Charitylog brand from the start. Dizions was established in 2004 to meet the then unfulfilled needs of third sector organisations who needed an affordable, easy to use, cloud-based CRM as a practical alternative to the fragmented databases and paper-based systems that predominated at the time.

Dizions has now been successfully working together with charities, Not for Profits and Community Interest Companies for over a decade. We understand the things that matter to our clients, with management, trainers, and support staff all attuned to the culture and ethos of the third sector.
