Two decades providing secure, time-saving CRM software to the voluntary sector

A bit about us

Charitylog was one of the first CRMs specifically designed to meet the needs of voluntary sector organisations in the UK. It's fully independent, UK-based, owned and run.

Twenty years ago, charities lacked an affordable, dedicated CRM and most were struggling with messy collections of databases and paper-based systems. Our founders developed Charitylog to meet this need.

We now have tens of thousands of users, based at over 1000 charities, not-for-profits, councils and community interest companies.

Over these past two decades, we've built up an excellent understanding of the typical needs and working practices of voluntary sector organisations, and we use this insight to further shape the software. As a result, our customers benefit from a unique product that has been specifically tailored to their needs, and continues to grow and develop with them.

We understand what's important to our charity clients - and our managers, trainers and support team are personally committed to the culture and ethos of the voluntary sector.

Perhaps because many of us come from a charity background ourselves, we believe strongly in the human touch: everyone from our CEO to our training and implementation people to our in-house customer support team are approachable and contactable.

“Charitylog was instrumental in helping us win the contract with Essex County Council - because we were able to give such detailed facts and figures. They have a full picture of the number of people we work with, and the number of people we're helping, including non-specialist assessments.”
