A modern new interface

We’ve brightened things up so our dashboard is more colourful and user-friendly. We’ve also improved contrast for accessibility.

Phone numbers now have links, so if you’re on a mobile or have a phone system connected to your device, e.g. Teams, simply clicking on a number will dial it.

Smarter searching

Charitylog’s search bar is available on every page, and efficiently searches client and other records as well as the menu. You can also type an ID number for a person, referral, invoice or job card and jump straight to it.

Better reporting - right on your dashboard!

Create professional-looking pie charts and graphs using our powerful reporting tool, the KPI Designer. Pin them to your dashboard at the click of a button.

You can also save your report parameters for future reports, rather than having to select them all again each time.

Workflow templates and progress interval reports

These guide you through each stage of a case (saving lots of typing) and let you see clearly which client or service user is at which stage – and how long they wait between stages.

Client overview and ‘See my own clients’ feature

See an overview of the whole client record, showing just the latest important information such as recent contacts, tasks or invoices.

You can control access for some users (e.g. counsellors, befrienders) so they will see just the details of the clients they are working with. Quicker for them, and better for data protection too.

Smooth integration with other systems

Charitylog now integrates with your Outlook calendar and SMS messaging.

Plus, if you work with two systems and don’t want the expense or bother of integrating them using an API you can use our nifty Data Import tool to regularly import client information from a spreadsheet.

Streamlined referrals

We now have excellent web-forms to streamline referrals from your website, for example from GPs or self-referrers.

Saveable action lists

Rather than working through your jobs in strict chronological order, you can now group related work together – which makes much more sense.
