Counselling Plus Community logo
Counselling Plus Community provides 1-to-1 talking therapy counselling sessions for residents of the Hastings and Rother area, aged 16 and above.

What size is the organisation and where is it based?

Our office is Hastings and we currently have 7 members of staff and 22 counsellors.

When did your organisation start using Charitylog?

We started using it in March 2023.

Was it easy to get started with Charitylog?

Yes, it was much easier than we'd expected. We decided not to migrate our old data as our previous database was not compatible and there would have been lots of gaps in data.

What do you mainly use Charitylog for?

We use Charitylog to record all our client data, from when we first receive the client referral, right through to completion of counselling sessions.

We input all the information we need to be able to run reports for funding bids like, age, ethnicity etc. We also use it to check clients in weekly and record financial contributions.

How is it going so far?

Charitylog is really user-friendly and so easy to navigate around. I have been able to train the most technophobe staff members to input data confidently!

We would definitely recommend Charitylog. It's simple to use and easy to run reports.

It was great to be able to be involved in the building of the database from day one, but also to be able to tweak things as time has gone on. Having the support team to ask questions or get help with issues has been invaluable.
