Standard Plan

Our most popular plan, ideal for most charities. The fee is based on your charity’s income – either for the charity as a whole (if you’ll be using Charitylog right across your organisation) or just for the services you plan to use it for.

Year 1 fee

From £3944 (+VAT) for a charity with £100K annual income.

This includes:

  • CRM purchase price

  • Initial setup and training

  • Web hosting (cloud-based)

  • Unlimited users

  • Unlimited, ongoing support from our in-house helpdesk team.

What will you pay after that?

After year 1 you’ll just be paying an annual support and hosting fee, starting from £719 (+VAT) for a charity with £100K annual income. The amount is fixed for the first 2 years. After that, it’s subject to annual review, based on inflation and any significant changes to your charity’s income.

There are also optional extras you can choose to pay for, such as migration, modules, web forms etc.

Examples for different income levels

Income of £250,000 a year

  • 1st year: £4809 (+VAT)
  • 2nd year: £1009 (+VAT) fixed
  • Following years: £1009 (+VAT) subject to review

Income of £500,000 a year

  • 1st year: £6008 (+VAT)
  • 2nd year: £1258 (+VAT) fixed
  • Following years: £1258 (+VAT) subject to review

Income of £1m a year

  • 1st year: £8270 (+VAT)
  • 2nd year: £1770 (+VAT) fixed
  • Following years: £1770 (+VAT) subject to review

Charitylog One - for a single service (up to 10 users/FTEs)

A limited plan designed for charities that want to use their CRM for a single service only, such as a helpline, befriending or counselling service. This plan allows for up to 10 full-time-equivalent staff using the system at the same time.

Year 1 fee

£2185 (+VAT)

This figure includes:

  • CRM purchase price

  • Initial setup and training

  • Web hosting (cloud-based)

  • Up to 10 simultaneous users

  • Unlimited, ongoing support from our in-house helpdesk team.

What will you pay after that?

After year 1 you’ll just be paying the annual support and hosting fee: £520 (+VAT).
This amount is fixed for the first 2 years. After that, it’s reviewed each year.

Ultimate Plan

Perfect for large national charities or those that need a more complex CRM setup. Alongside everything offered on the Standard Plan, Ultimate includes more training days, greater capacity for document storage and retrieval, rostering and home care schedules and two integrated web referral forms.

Price on application

We don’t quote a guide starting price for this plan because requirements vary so much, but we can put together a bespoke package for you, with a no-obligation quote. Like our Standard Plan, you pay more in the first year to cover purchase price, setup and training, then in following years you pay just the support and hosting fee. This fee is fixed for the first 2 years, then subject to annual review based on inflation and changes to your charity’s income.
