Some users may prefer to use a manual rather than call a support desk. In Charitylog we have a very detailed online manual. This is easily accessible and provides valuable information about all aspects of the Charitylog system.

The unusual aspect of this is that it is 'page linked'. This means that when you ask for help from the manual, the page it shows you is the one relevant to the part of the system you are in when you request the help.

This can save time and make sure you see the right advice and information.

Obviously it is fully indexed and searchable, and we maintain and update it as part of our internal development and QA processes.
