Secure UK Data Centres
Obviously security of data is a major requirement and we take this exceptionally seriously. We have regular penetration tests to ensure nothing has become out of date and we use the most reputable and secure data centres in the UK (Rackspace and AWS).
The data is therefore held in the UK and we have no plans to allow it to be processed outside the UK.
We have ISO 27001 which is the data security accreditation and Cyber Essentials Plus. We have a number of local authorities and other agencies using Charitylog and they carry out rigorous questionnaire processes to satisfy themsleves of our practices and security.
