We are well aware of the fact that charities usually have staff and volunteers who need access to the system, or could benefit the organisation by having access, but the cost of licences for all these people becomes prohibitive.
With Charitylog, we do not charge for individual user licences so you can have as many individual regsitered users as you need.
The different plans include a certain number of allowed concurrent users (see FAQs) but it is unusual for one of our customers to actually regularly and consistently exceed the average number of concurrent users.
