The Data Import Module is an extension of the data migration service we offer.
Usually data migration is a one-off process that occurs as part of the implementation of the Charitylog database (see Data migration section). However there can be situations where you need to import data on a regular basis and would prefer to manage this process yourself.
The most common uses are when you are doing a number of data migrations from one or more systems into your Charitylog database or when you work with another organisation which is giving you new referrals on a regular basis, typically in a spreadsheet.
Using the Data Import Module will save time and money, although there is a cost to purchase it initially. It will also give you the flexibility to import data as you need to.
