This figure includes:

• CRM purchase price

• Initial setup and training

• Web hosting (cloud-based)

• Up to 10 simultaneous users

• Unlimited, ongoing support from our in-house helpdesk team.

Cost after year 1

After year 1 you’ll just pay the annual support and hosting fee. This amount is fixed for two years at £520 (+VAT), then subject to fair and transparent annual review, based on inflation and other factors.

There are various optional extras you can buy if and when you need them, such as migration, modules, web forms etc. Refer to the table below.
